CM/ECF
LIVE Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) e-filing training classes are "hands on" for attorneys and other legal professionals who must use the mandatory e-filing and PACER systems of the Federal Courts for e-filing their documents in Civil, Criminal and Bankruptcy cases nationwide.
These classes are held LIVE, "hands on", onsite at a client's law office or at a venue choice of the client anywhere in the country.
Certification/Qualification Classes - Certification Classes are "hands-on"
training workshops utilizing LIVE instruction and computers. Each class is three
(3) hours in duration with a maximum of fifteen (15) participants per workshop class
allowing ample time for questions and answers. Classes are held LIVE onsite at a
client's law office or at a venue choice of the client anywhere in the country.

A SIMULATOR!

Qualification and certification of attorneys for a login/password issued by the
Court* for the mandatory CM/ECF e-filing system*
Attorneys, members of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations (NFPA),
members of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and the National
Association of Legal Professionals (NALS) will earn MCLE/CLE credits.
